Feeding the Hangry Monster: How to Avoid Becoming Irritable, Cranky, and Downright Miserable

Have you ever heard of being hangry? Hangry is the state of being so ravenous that you are angry at the world around you. You say and do things that you don't mean and can't think of anything other than sinking your teeth into a delicious steak - or salad, if that's your thing.
