It cooks like the others and is somewhat difficult to master. So far every product I have baked has turned out to be dry and crumbly and appear over cooked. This one is no different. However after leaving the baked goods on a plate overnight they became more moist. The taste is OK. Although it is high fiber it is not as filling as products baked with almond and coconut flour. This product line is at best difficult to work with. It does offer the chance to eat something other than meat proteins and it does provide high fiber. I recommend using muffin liners for all these products or be prepared to spend a lot of time on cleanup and product waste.
