December 03, 2017Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I used this syrup for the first time in my morning latte. I really like the pumpkin spice syrup, but this is good for a change. It has more of a ginger taste than the cinnamon of the pumpkin spice syrup. I find the spicy flavor slightly weak, and if I add enough to suit my taste, it becomes a little too sweet. But that's me--I like a strong spice flavor, and not too sweet. This would be good in panna cotta or to flavor vanilla pudding.
