    * I was so excited for this- an indigestible and hut-friendly sweetener? Yes please! I have IBS, so almost every sweetener fives ne trouble.

    This one was the worst of them all! I was a painful gasy mess for days! Not recommended. OR, try a bit before you commit. You an your family/friends/roommates will thank me.
