They taste ok, although you need greek yogurt and eggs etc to make them. BUT 2 different times that I ate 2 of them, they kicked me out of ketosis within a couple hours of eating them. I have been on keto quite a while, I use stevia and erythritol regularly without being kicked out of ketosis. It says 2 net carbs per doughnut, 4 carbs should not have had this affect on my blood sugar.
