I use Fiber Flour to make everything bagels and banana nut bread. This has really helped me control my blood sugar and still enjoy breads in a healthy way.

I do add a little extra liquid (maybe a tbsp or two) to make sure things are not too dry. So, far Iíve had fantastic results in everything Iíve baked. Itís like using regular flour, but this is so much better for you! Plus it is low in carbs and doesnít raise your blood sugars. Finally, a flour thatís good for you that doesnít taste like coconut or almonds! Yay! Since eating Keto style I have missed homemade pizza and pasta, now I can enjoy both again and get a little extra fiber in my diet without sacrificing taste and texture. Itís great for recipes needing breading, like fried chicken or making a crust. The possibilities are endless with this delicious flour. I will definitely be stocking up on this gem for the future!
