June 12, 2021Reviewer: Kim in New York* OK people I can't believe anyone complains about this product. There are only 3 ingredients! Water should not even count! So here is what I do. Eggs and Oil, half the water mix it well in blender or bullet. I add 2 oz chopped Mac nuts, a lil monk fruit sweetener and a lil lemon juice. Mix it all up really good, then add more water if necessary til it is thick. They puff up fine. Don't expect 12 REGULAR size muffins you all know how these products go. Serving size is 2 muffins, so either do 6 big ones OR 9 medium. I do not cook them in a muffin tin. I use small cast iron dutch ovens (fill half way and they cook to top then you can toast) AND I cook them in my counter top oven at 375 degrees. I cut the 3 loafs into 3 parts = 9 pieces. When you split those the long way you can slather with gee or cream cheese, delish! It ends up 164 fat calories 17 protein calories and 32 carb calories (approx. 8G net carbs.) Add gee or cream cheese and it is a meal! This review is specific to Sugar Free Muffin Mix, Lemon Poppy Seed

January 28, 2021Reviewer: ANITA in California* I followed the directions exactly however the muffins came out flat and not cooked all the way through. I’ve had these muffins before and they’ve been great I can’t figure out what went wrong this time. I will try making them again and not adding as much liquid, Since the Badder did seem runny by using the amounts in the directions. Did anyone else have this issue recently?

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 09, 2020Reviewer: Abbi in Colorado* For a low carb muffin -- color me impressed. These are delicious and I've always loved blueberry muffins, it's been a long time since I've had a blueberry muffin because of the various different diets I've done in the past. I didn't want to knock the stars for this one, but I definitely do wish there were more blueberries, I would take a couple more carbs per serving to have more blueberries per muffin. Maybe next time I make these, I will add my own. :) Overall -- YUMMY! I will be ordering this again.
