    * This was very similar in texture to a gel pack. If you are a distance athlete at some point you have tried the gel packs. I liked this a lot. I tried the Salted Caramel Creme. I will be buying more in the future and looking for the Tangy Orange.

    * Gross! I tried one pack, it was squishy and I felt as if I were consuming baby food. I completely regret wasting the money on this product.
