    * I like the vanilla better, this flavor wasn't for me.

    * Honestly these are terrible. They have a texture similar to a marshmallow, but itís just close enough to feel completely wrong. Like the uncanny valley of marshmallows. If they were sweet enough it would somehow make up for it, but they are definitely not sweet enough. The burnt caramel flavor is the only one I tried, but it did not really taste like caramel. I didnít try melting them, but I suspect they wouldnít melt well either.

    Really just eat the La Nouba ones (elsewhere on the site) and restrict yourself to one or two to avoid massive GI issues, or buy some Allulose and make your own. The ones Iíve made with Allulose cause GI issues too, but not to the extent of ones made with only Maltitol. And they definitely taste better than these.

    * I am a marshmallow lover- but since giving up sugar I have not has some in quite some time. I knew they were not going to be an 'exact' taste match knowing they were not sugar laden- BUT the after taste (maybe even first taste) is not pleasant! I have since tried other SF marshmallows & these are by far on the bottom!! (& they are priced higher too). That being said b/c of the price (& my marshmallow desperation!!!) they will get finished- but I will not be purchasing these again. *I will say the texture is not bad- also, I bought the vanilla ones- maybe the burnt caramel, cinnamon, or mint flavors could cover up the strong collagen flavor!?! I'm just not interested in trying any more at this point!
