November 18, 2020Reviewer: James in Maryland* If you don't go in expecting a pizzeria style wheat pizza crust, you won't be disappointed. The main ingredients are almond and oat flour so there is no unusual aftertaste with this crust and it does its job to give you a good low carb, gluten free pizza crust that lets the flavors of the sauce and cheese come through without interfering.
The crust is not incredibly sturdy so don't go too thin with it when spreading it out on your pan. It is a pretty easy dough to work with as you just spread it out. There is no rolling or rising. The dough is very sticky so keep your hands well oiled while spreading and I found a tapping motion works best over a pressing motion since the dough is so sticky. Be sure to follow the directions and bake your crust by itself before adding the sauce and toppings and baking some more.

August 19, 2020Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* I was not impressed with the chew and taste of this product. I used Keto Bakes Best Ever Sandwich Buns for pie crust later, and we really liked it.
