I followed my grandmother's recipe that uses regular all-purpose flour and substituted the King Arthur Keto flour 1 to 1 (as the package says you can). I also used Splenda instead of sugar and the muffins came out exactly like "normal" muffins. I definitely recommend this product.

I am on a weight loss maintenance plan and with this flour I can have really good sized portions instead of teeny weeny ones and still stay on the plan and maintain my weight.
January 18, 2021Reviewer: Dannell in West Virginia* I use this in my wonder chaffle recipe in place of almond flour. The chaffles are fluffy and have a great taste. You donâ€™t get a lot of flour but it works for me because I only use a few tablespoons at a time.
