March 20, 2021Reviewer: Dawn in Florida* If you are in search of a healthier alternative to Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, this is not it. Instead of buying this, it would be more cost effective for you to buy a Lillys, Ghirardelli, or Lindt chocolate bar and dip into some Justin's peanut butter. If you want a Reese style peanut butter cup, choose the Quest Nutrition Peanut Butter Cups.
February 27, 2021Reviewer: Elizabeth in Maine* My husband loves peanut butter cups and these work well for him.
February 06, 2021Reviewer: Rose in Tennessee* I don't know what strange magic Lily's possesses to be able to produce their wonderful chocolates without excess carbs or sugars, but pray God they never lose that magic!
While these peanut butter cups are not the Reeces super-carby peanut butter cups of my fevered keto-flu induced dreams, they are wonderfully delicious, creamy, smooth, and satisfy the monster chocolate cravings that dwell within me.
I would say that these Lily's milk chocolate peanut butter cups are on a whole other level from a Reece cup. You actually taste the chocolate, sublimely rich and smooth, and the peanut butter is not a bit chalky or icky flavored like some other low-carb PB cup options have a tendency to be. These candies are not too sweet & they have no bitter/weird/gross faux sweetener aftertaste.
These are not cheaply priced. They're about as expensive as you'd pay if you were to purchase the same amount of individual Reeses two-packs at a convenience store. These, however, are oh-so-much better for you and better flavored as well in my opinion.
I'd say if you're doing keto or low carb and have a sweetie craving, these are a superb solution and well worth the splurge if you can swing it.This review is specific to Full-Size Peanut Butter Cups, Milk Chocolate
January 29, 2021Reviewer: John in Ohio* I don't know why people are so negative toward these because I LOVED them! They were everything that I would want in a peanut butter cup! I tried the milk chocolate variety of these and I would definitely purchase them again! This review is specific to Full-Size Peanut Butter Cups, Milk Chocolate
January 25, 2021Reviewer: Diane in New York* These are an excellent alternative to the loaded with sugar peanut butter cups. Do they taste the same as Reese's? No. But they also do not have the amount of sugar that is in Reese's. It is a good dark chocolate alternative. I have also tried the milk chocolate and they seem to be a little sweeter. This review is specific to Full-Size Peanut Butter Cups, Dark Chocolate
