    * I have now had two low carb bagel options. The first I tried were the great low carb bagel. I'll compare the differences: Royo Bread - big like a real bagel, smells amazing, doesn't quite taste how it smells though (smelled more like garlic than it tasted like it), crumbled easily so hard to spread cream cheese on it, texture is similar to a real bagel. Great Low Carb - not mini bagels I'd say they're more a medium & Royo is a large bagel, easy to spread cream cheese doesn't crumble, do not toast too much or it turns to sawdust, kind of a weird texture but good especially for a low carb option

    If I were to purchase a low carb bagel again it'd probably be the Great Low Carb because they don't crumble & they're more versatile (can do a savory cream cheese & everything but the bagel seasoning or a cream cheese with a sugar free syrup or jam). If the Royo tasted how they smell I'd definitely purchase them again.

    * Actually tastes like a regular bagel! Not skimpy, freezes well and holds up to any topping without falling apart like some low-carb!! Also great for sandwiches !!!

    * Haven't had a bagel in years due to the carbs. These are really good and have a daily amount of fiber in 1 bagel. Will buy again.
