July 01, 2008Reviewer: Alana in California* Y'know.... it does have that aftertaste, tho I am becoming accustomed to it. It has the feel of regular granulated sugar and is easy to work with. It bakes and cooks like a charm. I have used it in cookies and my homemade spaghetti sauce and it was not disappointing. I am going to give that Diabeti Sweet a try tho as it claims to have none of the aftertaste. I'll letcha know.
