Its texture was rather crumbly and slightly rubbery and snow white. It looked like rice cakes instead of wheat or bread like...pretty white when used on its own when cooked or pan fried/baked..The fiber was high also couldn't finish 3 medium sized pancakes..and made me really full and tight inside..but no bloating..so the fiber is not hard on the stomach...And the taste and smell was delicious .very appetizing..feels like an appetizer sweet pancake on its on..I suggest mixing it with other flours to get bread like look and feel.if low carb ..add it to carbalose or almond or coconut//flax meal flours.You wont be disappointed with this product either way and zero calories ..
