October 16, 2020Reviewer: kreela in Virginia* I am still on the fence about this product. I used it in a test to make pudding seem “richer.” I also used it to make whipped cream without fat. It worked, and I want to like it. However, the gastrointestinal side-effects have been overwhelming. Considering that I also tried other products, I am not sure which is causing the pain, bloating, and gas. Ouch.

8 of 8 people found the following review helpfulNovember 01, 2008Reviewer: Suzan in Connecticut* This makes baked products nice and moist. Slightly sweet. I gave it a four instead of a five, cause if you eat too much, it makes you toot (aren't you glad I shared that?) Try this: Mix well--- 3/4 c carbquik, 1/2 c polyD, 1/2 c Sweet Perfection, 6 oz peanut butter and 1/4 c Davinci peanut butter syrup. Press into an 8x8 greased pan and bake at 350 for about 18 minutes. Cool. meanwhile, melt a Chocoperfection bar with 1 T cream. Drizzle over pb bars and let set. Cut into 9-12 pieces.
