You would want to check carefully where maltodextrin is listed in the ingredients for these mousse products. And only get one where it is listed low. Or better , you may not want to ever start getting hooked on these. I always wake up with glucose below 120, till I had some of this chocolate mousse at night. I've have the Chocolate Cheesecake and it was not as much a problem. The Chocolate Cheesecake has maltodextrin lower in its ingredient list. I highly recommend you do some very deep research on maltodextrin. It is an ingredient claimed to be sugar free and marketed to us diabetics. But it's WORSE than sugar IMHO.
