I like to use them in my coffee to boost the flavor of the coffee, like chocolate flavoring in the Mocha flavored coffee. I do wish they came without color, the reason being that the Raspberry flavor is a little bitter, the same flavor red food coloring has, if you've ever had to dye cake frosting intensely red. The butter flavor is good for baked goods, but isn't quite right for dripping on vegetables, in case you wanted to cut a few calories. Overall, I enjoy these in my coffee, which is how I mostly have used them.
June 22, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Colorado* I really like most of the flavors of LorAnn Oils that I've tried, except the cherry super strength. It has a sharp smell and taste to me that is very unpleasant. The Caramel, Pumpkin, Banana Cream, Orange Cream, Butterscotch, English Toffee and several others are great but I had to drop one star due to the cherry, which seems to have changed since I purchased it last time. I use that flavor a lot so it is a rather big disappointment to me. I will be looking elsewhere for my cherry extract from now on.This review is specific to Gourmet Flavorings, Cherry, Super Strength

Peanut butter, chocolate hazelnut, cream cheese frosting & Bavarian cream. The Bavarian cream was excellent so was cream cheese frosting. The others don't deserve the fifth star otherwise these two alone get five stars. The choc hazelnut I tried in oatmeal & the flavor was very good & true to name, but in microwave cakes & almond milk it was lost. Pb wasn't very true to flavor. I used the cream varieties to make a frosting with protein powder for cupcakes & the taste was very good despite the protein powder offsetting it with an aftertaste. Very versatile product. I've tried the other brands offered on this site & these are my favorite.
