It has a terrible stale taste to it, regardless of how it's mixed. Granted, I adore 'normal' peanut butter and I'm a little picky, but how did they get their 'de-fattened' peanuts to taste so stale???? Surprisingly the chocolate is worse than the plain. BLECH. I don't know if maybe mixing a SMALL amount of oil to it would help...apparently some peoples taste perceptions change drastically when carbohydrates are taken out of their systems.
