February 28, 2013Reviewer: Dennis in California* I tried eating this straight and it did not taste right. But I do use it three times a week by using it in my own formula.
1/4 cup oatmeal 1/4 cup sensato 1 scoop protein powder 1/2 teaspoon stevia 7 almonds 2 Brazil nuts 1/4 cup half and half
I make the oatmeal just like I was making a full serving and pour it into a cup with all the other Ingredients already mixed. Mix very well. Add the half and half.
This gives me almost the exact percentages I am looking for, 25%, 25% and 50% fat.
