4 of 5 people found the following review helpfulDecember 15, 2011Reviewer: Ahmet Can in Turkey* However ez sweetz works excellently as a sweetener -theyre handy and a little does the work without bitter aftertastes- it is a big down for me that they contain sodium benzoate-a carcinogenic chemical-. And its percentage in final product is not explained on product label. As i said ez sweetz really is the best sweetener ive ever tried by taste and easy usage but i dont think i will ever purchase it again until they remove it(sodium benzoate) or substitute with a healthy natural anti bacterial food preservative.
