Fantastic when making slow cooker recipes, or even making gravy for your turkey dinner. None of the extra carbs that you get with flour or other thickeners. This is a godsend for low carbers! Mixes very well into food with no after taste. Enjoy! We do!

It does its job very well and doesn't add any taste. This stuff even behaves much better than cornstarch when thickening gravies or soups. Even if I leave the low-carb lifestyle, I will still use this product. It's a little pricey, but a little goes a long way, this package will last quite a long time.
