    * The flavor I chose was gram cracker, it didn't have a strong enough flavor so I added more to my coffee, It upset my tummy. So I can't recommend it.

    * The description of these drops indicates that they are 'highly concentrated'. The directions say to use 1 drop per ounce of liquid. When following the directions, the result is a liquid with hardly any flavor at all. Plan on using a lot more drops than you planned.

    * These products taste exactly like whatever flavor that you purchase. Add your own sweetener and they are great. My only issue is they are made with propylene glycol. This is a similar ingredient also known as antifreeze. Why can't someone make an all natural flavoring? Being a diabetic, I have to recreate my favorite recipes. So replacing sugar with a no carb sweetener (Stevia) and other flavorings are helpful. But toxic man-made ingredients is also as bad a sugar to diabetics. I'm hoping that Capella will come out with good-for-you products in the future.

    * i tried a few of the dessert flavors in shakes, oats & yogurt & they tasted like chemicals. boston cream pie, brownie, cake batter, egg nog, & peanut butter. it was a bad buy. maybe the fruity flavors are better, but i doubt it. egg nog & boston cream pie were the most fair out of the bunch, but there are still better flavor options on this site to chose from.

    * Beware of ARTIFICIAL FLAVORS. I am so bummed. I got the Spearmint drops and they are made with natural flavors. I really have been trying to stay away from artificial flavors, colors, most preservatives (sulfites, nitrites, etc) so I thought this product is great! I just received the coconut and dutch chocolate mint. Coconut is artificial and the other has both natural (probably the mint) and artificial. Anyway, this may not matter to many people but for those who try to follow a stricter diet, here's my review...
