I use it just like sugar or splenda since I stopped sugar a long time ago. I like how it is natural and not artificial anything. It's a big plus and the other big plus is that it taste so good and makes my sorbet so good it affects the texture. It's just plan excellent.This review is specific to Stevia Extract in the Raw
