November 04, 2019Reviewer: Leslie in Arkansas* Better than expected! Iíve been trying out different cereals in an attempt to find some new breakfast options. I have Type 2 diabetes, so i have to watch my carbs. This cereal reminds me of Malt-o-Meal and Cream of Wheat. It has a lot more fiber in it, but the texture is still very similar.
January 24, 2019Reviewer: Norma in Arizona* Not a bad cereal, but It has a very flat taste unless you add butter or sugar to it. When cooking, you need a deep or large bowl, because it foams up and overflows in the m/w. It is not low carb, but is about 17 net g per serving.
