December 10, 2020Reviewer: Michael in Maryland* If you are lifting weights, and are taking this supplement, you will see and feel the benefits. I have been taking 2-3 tablets in the AM, same just after lunch or about 90-minutes before my afternoon workouts. I have gained 12 pounds in about 15 weeks, and am still fairly lean, going from 175 lbs to 187 lbs +\-. Is it the supplement? I think that is part of it for sure. Was worth the $40 to try it.
