May 05, 2019Reviewer: A customer in Tennessee* It had a weird texture and no taste whatsoever. I didnít feel like it added anything to my dish. Iíll stick with things like spaghetti squash and back bean pasta to tie me over when I crave pasta.
March 16, 2018Reviewer: Michelle in Texas* I personally did not care for this but I could see how some would accept it as a substitute for pasta. I cooked it in a lo mein dish and it did go from crunchy to soft, but I still didn't really like it. It had no taste and was easy to cook, and had no smell or anything, just don't like the texture enough to buy it again. This review is specific to Kelp Noodles
January 20, 2018Reviewer: A customer in Maryland* I love these as a substitute for pasta -- however they don't seem to soften as much as they used to. I usually microwave them in water with a pinch of baking soda. That used to do the trick but lately it does not work as well. This review is specific to Kelp Noodles
