December 15, 2017Reviewer: A customer in New Jersey* I really didn't expect much from this product remembering the powdered milk from my youth. I was very pleasantly surprised that made as whole milk, this product tasted just like regular whole milk. I don't normally drink much milk and have not had any in 3 years, but this milk paired up with a couple of low carb Christmas cookies was a real treat!

I mix it according to directions for whole milk and then add a little extra cream. Tastes like milk to me but with a hint of vanilla. I can drink a glass of it just fine. I also use it in my protein smoothie every morning. I have not found any recipe that I have used it in that it has not worked just fine, even sauces. I have only tried the regular milk powder. This review is specific to Milk Powder, Original

July 30, 2013Reviewer: Stacy in California* Made sugar free very low carb fudgsicles with 2 heaping tablespoons of this milk powder, two heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder (no sugar or sweetener added, just the plain chocolate), one packet of stevia, one box of sugar free chocolate pudding mix, little vanilla extract, and three cups sugar free almond milk. As pudding was heat and serve variety, heated the almond milk in the microwave, mixed powders together first, then combined dry and wet in blender. Turned out really good, very chocolatey and sweet enough. Try it if you want to make your own sugar free, very low carb fudgsicles. Enjoy. This review is specific to Milk Powder, Original
