I have used it in tea alone but I prefer using it as part of a cocktail of sweeteners. It rounds out the sweet flavors to more closely resemble sugar. Using too much or expecting the flavor of sugar when using this on its own, means you will be dissatisfied. That is true of most non sugar sweeteners, in my opinion. Using it with erythritol and Splenda liquid helps the flavors to blend into a rounded out sweetness.
