Netrition states that this product has a lower net carb count than it really has (through no fault of their own). This is a modified nutrition label that has been adapted to American standards since this is an imported product. In other countries, fiber is not included in the total carb count. The total carb count per 100g of mung beans is 62 grams, with 16g of fiber. This package contains 200 g, so you do the math.
This product contains nothing aside from mung beans (and water, although there is no water in the finished product as it is dried), so there is no way the net carb count is as low as the package claims.
