    * I have tried other brands for thickening chocolate sauces, and this one far surpasses the others in its thickening power. While you only get 12 oz, if you buy the 16 oz BestNaturals or other brand I tried, you have to use much more and even then I don't get strong thickening.

    * I love this product, not only is it low in carbs but it's high in fiber and it is excellent for thickening food. I love it, this is one of the very few places I can find it and the most inexpensive by far. Thanks and please don't stop carrying this product!
