May 16, 2020Reviewer: suzanne in Florida* OK so I made a cheeseburger casserole and put this in as the pasta And followed the directions and boil d the pasta for the max that it said and then put it in the oven to bake these noodles were so hard and horrible that I couldnâ€™t eat the rest of my casserole they never get soft they stay hard like even worse, they are rubbery. I tried warming up my casserole the next day to see if the sauce had penetrated more of the pasta and it had not.

April 13, 2016Reviewer: Dianne in Colorado* I have not written any reviews since using this site, but I love the Ciao Carb pastas! I do not find any off-flavor. The texture is similar to whole wheat pasta. I have used them in a variety of ways and they are something I will always have available. I also love that they come in single portion packages so I don't have to measure anything. They take longer than regular pasta to cook, but to be able to add more variety to my low-carb menu, I don't find that to be an issue.
