August 13, 2020Reviewer: Vicky in Texas* This pasta is very good. However the serving size is very small, although it is very filling. Tastes good. However, if you are starting a ketogenic diet you cannot eat much of this as it is a stage III maintenance. In moderation it would be great!

Those used to the trade offs in texture, and flavor of many low carb foods in general will find these a "5". I only rated them a 4 in comparison to the flavor/texture of an excellent normal carb penne. Compared to other low carb alternatives- it is outstanding. Excellent with a marinara, or used in a "macaroni" type cold salad (this best made the day before and refrigerated for texture). Overall a wonderful product for Low Carb diets.

The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the labeling. There are no directions so it is unclear how long to boil (some low carbs take longer to cook) and I could not figure out the nutrition label. It is a very small bag, 8 oz, yet it is says it has 10 servings and one serving is a cup! Am I missing something?
