April 08, 2021Reviewer: A customer* Good breading alternative. Bland so suggest adding your own spices.

March 05, 2021Reviewer: Marilyn in North Carolina* Gave this a 4 because it's a little on the pricey side but these solved my problem. Difficult finding pork rinds. Perfect for breading pork chops and chicken and staying low carb. I mix this with some almond flour and results are really good. Product was fresh and great taste. I would purchase again.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMay 11, 2020Reviewer: June in Oregon* I am now using my second 12 oz jar. These crushed pork rinds are the regular flavor which is very mild tasting. I have used them to create a coating for pork chops, chicken thighs and chicken tenders. I seasoned the crumbs with whatever I needed at the time then fried them in the air fryer. They came out crispy on the outside and tender inside. I love these and will continue to buy them. Chicken fried steak is up next! This review is specific to Pork Panko

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulApril 23, 2020Reviewer: Bonnie in California* I have nothing bad to say about this product. Many times I've resorted to grinding up pork rinds on my own in a small food processor which is possible to do, however, I can never get mine entirely free of thse hard little pebbles that I'm afraid I'll end up cracking or chipping a tooth on if I happen to bite down on one. Depending upon the amount you need, doing this yourself can also be very time consuming and leaves your food processor all gross and sticky! So despite the expense of this product, it is just so much easier to buy them already pre-ground. The cost is well worth it with respect to the time you get back re grinding your own and cleaning up the mess afterwards. After having finally given in, buying some and trying them for myself, I'll never go back to doing it myself. Excellent product! I use it to make carnivore bread and low carb bread crumb mixtures among other things! This review is specific to Pork Panko

March 06, 2020Reviewer: A guest* Had tried to make crumbs from pork rinds and wasn't successful. These are easy to use, but don't stick very well.

January 17, 2020Reviewer: A customer in New York* Perfect for the Keto diet. I use this to bread chicken and in making meatballs. Works perfectly as a flour replacement without giving you weird texture or flavor like when you use certain alternative flours

3 of 3 people found the following review helpfulJuly 16, 2019Reviewer: Pat L in Texas* Absolutely love these! I used this to make chicken parmesan and my husband and son did not know that this was the pork panko until I told them. Delicious. It held together well and crisped right up and did not burn. I know that I could most likely make my own, but failed in the past. This is positively a fine product and highly recommended. This review is specific to Pork Panko

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulJune 06, 2019Reviewer: Terry in New Jersey* This stuff is great. I’ve used it to bread chicken for the air fryer, which was delicious, but my favorite is a casserole topping. I can’t eat gluten and I’m doing Keto and it’s perfect for both. This review is specific to Pork Panko

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulApril 07, 2019Reviewer: Jane in New York* More pricey than buying your own and crushing them, but these are more uniform and it is so much easier. Pork panko is very close to real bread panko. Lots of crunch. Mild flavor.
-
March 20, 2019Reviewer: doug in Minnesota* As good as any breading.
-
January 17, 2019Reviewer: John in Ohio* At first glance Pork Panko may seem a bit pricey, but consider the work and time saved. You don't have to buy a big bag of pork rinds, then haul out the food processor to grind them up, then wash the food processor including all the pieces and parts! This is a great product that produces and perfectly delectable, low-carb crunchy coating, just like panko!
-
January 04, 2019Reviewer: LISA in Indiana* Because there is just not enough time in the day to crush up pork rinds myself, I choose to pay 3 times as much for these.

December 02, 2018Reviewer: nancy in Florida* I just used this product to coat chicken breast and they were well received ...Very good with a nice flavor.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulOctober 26, 2018Reviewer: Fran in New Jersey* I follow a KETO lifestyle and never thought I could have breaded food again! This stuff is AMAZING! I add spices and it makes a great breading on chicken, an amazing topping on roasted cauliflower, and makes some fabulous zucchini and mozzarella sticks! Now please make a bigger bag!!

October 03, 2018Reviewer: margaret in North Carolina* Could probably make ground pork rinds myself but this was less messy. Taste good, seasoned well. Made baked "fried" chicken breasts with them by mixing this product with carbalose flour, egg wash and a little buttery spray. Turned out pretty good.

May 19, 2018Reviewer: Mary in California* I use this to make pork rind french toast. I have also used it to make fried chicken strips / chicken fingers. It saves a lot of work so I am more likely to make these dishes.

2 of 2 people found the following review helpfulJanuary 03, 2018Reviewer: Sue in Massachusetts* Had to give it a 4 just because of the price. I can buy and grind 3 bags of pork rinds for the price of 1 of these. But sometimes I just want to have convenience and not have to grind it myself, so that's why I like to buy these on occasion. I'm glad they changed the name as it better reflects the usefulness of their product. I use ground pork rinds for a lot of cooking. I mix it with Parmesan cheese and a blend of seasonings for my own 'shake n bake' chicken. I like to bread fish with it because I love fried fish fillets, I add cajun seasoning and it comes out great. It also makes a great topping for casseroles mixed with shredded cheese. Really adds the finishing touch to a cauli-mac & cheese casserole!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 24, 2017Reviewer: JoAnn in Missouri* Works great as a replacement for high carb options in meatloaf or salmon cakes. Also can be used instead of flour for frying, I like to mix it with cheese for pork chops and then bake them.

March 02, 2017Reviewer: Brianna in New Jersey* Delicious! breaded my chicken with this . Wish it was bigger.
