March 30, 2019Reviewer: Karen in Nebraska* First of all, I've tried this bread plain, toasted, and I made french toast, only to throw it out each time. It's not palatable in the least. The texture is that of wet cotton balls, and the "flavor" isn't any better. Here's the important note, I bought this LC Foods bread after trying their boiled bagels, which are very good. The bagels have an excellent texture, which is unusual for low carb breads, and they have good flavor. So, I had high expectations for this bread. I don't understand how the same company can produce 2 bread products that are world's apart. I now question the actual carb count of the bagels, as someone else did when they complained of blood sugar spikes after eating them. For those of us with high BS, we need accurate nutrition info. However, I'm in no way, making any claims. I will continue to order the bagels, but will eat them sparingly, because sometimes if it's too good to be true, maybe it isn't. As for this bread product, I don't recommend it.This review is specific to Fresh Baked Sandwich Bread, White
