September 07, 2019Reviewer: Rose in Utah* I like the density of this bread, but it is chewier than regular bread, or rather, springier. As with all low-carb breads, I freeze them. I microwave a frozen piece with a damp paper towel for 15 seconds, and it is moist and soft. I have not tried it at room temperature, straight up. I only give this bread 4 stars because I am not really fond of the smell. But the taste is fine. Perfect for PBJ.This review is specific to Fresh Baked Sandwich Bread, White
