July 18, 2020Reviewer: Frank in Colorado* This is a great option if you want a crust with a more doughy and chewy texture. A few of the other low carb pizza crusts I tried are generally thin crust/crunchy types, and while they're equally good, it's really nice to have the option to be able to switch it up when you need more of a thicker/chewy crust fix. While it doesn't match the taste of white flour, I found it to be very edible and much better tasting than many of the low carb crust variations out there.This review is specific to Fresh Baked 12-inch Pizza Shell

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulFebruary 19, 2017Reviewer: Margaret in Georgia* Having tried other low-carb pizza crusts, I was very surprised and pleased to find this one to be flakier and not as tough to eat than other, similar crusts, in addition to being very tasty. My only complaint is, that I got the 3 shells, and although the first shell peeled off the others without a problem, the second shell was stuck to the third so badly that it broke in two when I tried to separate them. I saw the anti-moisture packets in the packaging, but I guess they weren't enough, because there was only one day between the time I used the first crust and tried to use the second, and our freezer is only about two years old, so it's not the freezer's fault either. That said, I plan to get these again in the future, because they really are significantly better than other low-carb crusts... just next time maybe I'll only order one shell at a time.This review is specific to Fresh Baked 12-inch Pizza Shell
