July 30, 2020Reviewer: Laura in California* These are a bit strange. I order Epics baked pork skins often and my favorite is the Pink Salt/ Himalayan flavor. One bag is 2.5 oz. I ordered the Maple Bacon flavored Pork Crackling which is also a 2.5 oz size. Due to the actual pig skin still attached, the bag is half the size. It looks like an individual size of regular chips if you were comparing bags side to side. Each piece is actually twice the weight of one small baked pork skin. These are very thick and solid pieces, definitely a different taste and they are fried, not baked. Definitely a heavier piece. I didn't particularly like them. If you want to try something "Unique", they are worth a try...This review is specific to Pork Crackling, Maple Bacon
