October 11, 2020Reviewer: Anthony in Michigan* I'd rather have sweeteners with natural sweeteners such as Stevia, etc. But this one is like pouring water on your pancakes. They should have put a little more xanthan gum or something in it :((

I did not taste anything like alcohol or anything weird at all.
The Bad: - VERY runny; like, the sucralose syrup I got at the grocery store was more runny than normal store-bought maple syrup, but this is even more runny than that. Like, water-runny. - The product packaging: it comes in a plastic bottle with NO kind of pour spout whatsoever. Between that and the runny-ness, it's very difficult to control how much comes out. Not great considering how much you pay for a small quantity; you may end up using a lot more than you need and run out quickly.
Overall: It's ok and sufficient to satisfy the craving for an old-fashioned pancake or waffle breakfast with maple syrup, without the guilt.
Would I recommend it or buy it again: I would like to try a couple of other brands of sugar-free, artificial sweetener-free syrups before doing either. It is good enough to recommend with the caveat that it might not be the absolute best option. IMO, the price is a little high for "good but not great."
January 16, 2019Reviewer: Gail in New Mexico* After putting it on blueberry pancakes, we both felt the syrup didn't have a strong enough flavor to get our attention. If someone wants a really sweet treat, maybe this syrup isn't the one for them.
