April 15, 2020Reviewer: Wendy in Pennsylvania* I buy protein bars mostly for overnight use. Sometimes I may go 22 hours between last meal and breakfast. At about the14 hour point, if I realize that I'm not going to the kitchen for several hours yet, I get a bar from the bathroom stash.
These BSN bars are sweet enough to be edible, without being yucky. Also, they are not so good that they call to me when I am on a sweet search. I've tried several flavors. Salted Toffee and Smores are my current favorites..
Because they are largeish, and over 200 calories, I tend to take a few days to finish them
I also have some bites on hungry mornings, when I'll be doing an hour of exercise before before heading down to breakfast.
February 01, 2019Reviewer: William in Pennsylvania* Obviously it is not quite the same but tastes a lot like Rice Krispy Treats. This review is specific to Protein Crisp Bars, Smores
October 09, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Vermont* This bar was pretty much ok with the caveat you really should keep a drink handy as a chaser. Bar is on the dry side (think rice crispies) but does taste fine. This review is specific to Protein Crisp Bars, Chocolate Crunch
