October 24, 2018Reviewer: Debra in New York* This is a wonderful alternative to any other lo/no carb pasta out there. Takes only minutes to cook in boiling water. I rinse mine in cold water after cooking, and then just add sauce when I'm ready. I have made it with alfredo sauce and shrimp, and with marinara and meatballs. It definitely has more of a pasta-like texture than shiritaki noodles. I am ordering this again.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulAugust 02, 2017Reviewer: Craig in Montana* This is my go-to pasta on a low carb diet. The fettuccine makes a fantastic pasta to go with alfredo sauce. Most other low carb pastas either taste chalky, like cardboard, or squishy, where you REALLY have to focus on everything else to try and ignore the bad pasta taste. The mung bean fettuccine is different - not that it tastes like wheat or grain pasta, but it just plain works. I now keep this stocked in my pantry.
Also, it's quite filling and doesn't affect my ketone levels. Until a true low carb wheat/grain pasta is available that doesn't mess with blood sugar or ketones, this is the absolute best option! I would love if Zeroodle would make more shapes (e.g. lasagna noodles or macaroni/cavatappi/fusilli style which would be great for pasta salads).

May 20, 2017Reviewer: Angela in Georgia* Since eating low carb I miss my pasta. I ordered this pasta to try it out. I made fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken. My son who is very picky enjoyed the pasta. He said it tastes like the real thing.
