1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulMarch 18, 2020Reviewer: Eva in Arizona* I was pleased with this, it is a decent substitute for traditional spaghetti. Cooked easily, holds sauce pretty well, not bad flavor all things considered. I will be ordering again, and I will likely eat it at least a few times a month.

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulOctober 09, 2019Reviewer: A guest* These are actually decent noodles, not just decent low carb noodles. The fact they are low carb is just a bonus. I have been absolutely disgusted by so many faux pastas, from crumbly to slimy rubber bands, I was not looking forward to trying this and assumed I would hate it. I really hated to low carb but it seems manufacturers are stepping up their game these days and I am happy I may finally be able to stick to it. Yay, me! I could live with it a little softer so I will try cooking longer than it says as another person mentioned they can mush up. Also, the serving size is huge and filling. The other reviewer was right about that. I went full pig mode and a half serving size stuffed me silly. Perfect for all the sauces!

1 of 1 people found the following review helpfulJuly 05, 2019Reviewer: JoAnn in New Jersey* So happy I found this product. Unlike some low carb pastas, this product from the package is similar to dry pasta you buy in the store (no odor or slimy feeling to the product). Once cooked, the texture is similar to whole wheat pasta. The taste is neutral and works great in any pasta dish. I have had it both hot and cold. From a weight loss standpoint, I love how just a small amount seems to fill me up and keep me satisfied. This is definitely a keeper in my pantry.

May 06, 2019Reviewer: JoAnn in New Jersey* I enjoyed this pasta almost from the first bite. I am taking a low-glycemic eating approach and removed all grains from my diet. This product mimics the texture of pasta without a lot of "off" flavor. A benefit is the amount of protein per serving. It is a "keeper" in my new eating approach.

August 02, 2017Reviewer: Craig in Montana* The Zeroodle mung bean spaghetti is perfect for a spaghetti and marinara replacement while on a low carb diet. To me it's not as strong of a mung bean flavor as the fettuccine (which is great as well), so a lighter tomato sauce pairs well. If you have been disappointed with other low carb pastas, I highly recommend trying this out.

5 of 5 people found the following review helpfulApril 06, 2017Reviewer: A customer in Florida* This is a good pasta replacement product, that resembles spinach pasta. Be advised, however, that it goes from al dente to mushy in a nanosecond. Test every 5-10 seconds when it's getting close to the firmness you prefer. Also advisable to shock it (run cold water over it) when you remove it from the heat in order to stop the cooking process immediately. There is a definite flavor to it, although it's not totally overwhelming. It works best with a fairly thick sauce, since the amount of water it absorbs in the cooking (and reconstitution) process makes a thin sauce slide right off it. It's extremely filling, presumably from all the fiber. So although it didn't rock my world, it's a decent, solid product for low carbers who are in need of a pasta fix.
