Coated boneless chicken breast in the spicy nut crumbs and baked -- Awesome!! Just the right amount of "bite" and gave the chicken a nice texture. |

Boneless skinless breast dredged in beaten egg then coated with spicy product and baked in oven on rack. Being low carb/keto/paleo takes alot of work (in my mind) I am always looking for a shortcut. This adds variety to what has become a very repetitive diet, but I can't say it saved time. Is it crunchy, not really, does it pass for fried chicken? No. Did I like it? Not as much right out of the oven, but when I needed a quick hit of protein to tamp down some hunger pains, I liked it cold as finger foods. Will I make again. Yes. |

I wasn't crazy about it. I was hoping it would give a crisp coating to some pork steaks in the oven but all it seemed to do is absorb moisture from the meat and leave a soggy coating. |

Sounds like a decent, convenient product however pretty pricey at over twenty dollars per pound for ground up nuts and a few spices. |
