Great stuff! I have not had a bad BSN product yet. They're on top of the game. Cell mass works well with other products and there are no side effects for me. It has helped with soreness and will last for 50 workouts . I tried the grape, good stuff! Even if it wasn't, its only 5oz to drink. this will be my new post workout.
This is a great product, I been using this for years. It's the only product that wakes me up and get me going, I love it. I highly recommend this product for anybody who is serious about their fitness goals.

Absolutely horrible. Nothing like the previous versions. I can't believe they call this new and improved. They original worked great. Then the 2.0 came out and it was just as good if not better. Now the only available is this so called new and improved version. Are you kidding me??? First off is the lack of intensity. There is a slight kick. Almost like a cup of week coffee. Not like the previous version where after a half hour of taking it your ready to tear up the gym. Second, absolutely no pump whatsoever. Third, the taste. Disgusting. Very similar to cough syrup. I don't know what these guys where thinking. I bought this stuff without reading up first thinking it was the same usual stuff, as I had been off the previous NoXplode for at least a year. I hope they smarten up and change it back. If you read up there are several similar reviews online.

This is the best bang for the buck on beta alanine I've seen. It takes a little getting used to if you've never taken it before, though. I got pins and needles like crazy for the first week I used it, but I think that's just a good indication of potency and that wears off after a few days. I go a little further when I run or hit the weights, and I don't feel so sore the day after, so I definitely recommend it. And getting clean, single ingredients is a better way to go than a lot of the 'all in one' preworkout mixes, in my experience.
I use about 2 grams of beta alanine before a workout, and take it with about 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. When I finish, I make a protein shake with about 50 grams of protein, 5 more grams of creatine and 80 grams of waxy maize starch. That's how I've been using this, and it works pretty we for me, at least
NOW Beta Alanine seems to be the genuine article. Take a cap or two, before a workout, you get the tingles and I guess it helps.
I've tried a competitor's BA, and even with doubling the dose, it doesn't match this stuff!

Noticed a small (5%) increase in strength, plus greater endurance in the sense that I could probably get an extra rep or two, and/or an extra set of one of my core exercises. Most surprising is that my level of soreness after a hard leg workout (for example) is much lower -- what might have taken three days of soreness is now only one. So overall I've been very happy with this product. No drastic changes in my body in terms of bodybuilding however, mostly just small improvements in my output in the gym. My dosing is one serving (2 scoops) morning and evening.
