Shipping Delay - Due to the high volume of orders in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are experiencing some delays in shipping orders. At this time, please allow an extra day for your order to ship from our facility. In addition, FedEx is experiencing some delivery delays in some areas due to unprecedented volume.

Product Availability - At this time, we are not experiencing any difficulties obtaining products. We are receiving shipments daily and expect to continue to do so. Any out of stock product is indicated on our website. On each product page with an out of stock product, we offer our customers the ability to register for a reminder email when the product is again in stock.
Minimum Order Amount - Due to the high volume of orders we are receiving in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, we have found it necessary to institute a $25 minimum order. Our staff is working round the clock and we appreciate your understanding in this matter while we try to ship out as many packages as we can, as safely and efficiently as possible.
Temporary Return Policy Change - Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, for the safety of our employees and customers we are temporarily suspending product returns at this time.
